Municipal Sewer Code

This section includes information about Bear Valley Water District's consolidated sewer ordinance.  As a California Special District, the Bear Valley Water District utilizes Ordiances and Resolutions to legislate requirements to ratepayers within the District boundary.  The District's Municipal Sewer Code is a comprehensive document summarizing all of the District's Ordinances enacted since 1972 in one convenient location.

The BVWD Consolidated Sewer Ordinance sets forth requirements for use of the District's wastewater collection and treatment system, provides for the enforcement of these requirements, establishes penalties for violations and establishes the rates and fees for users of the District's sewer facilities.  The current consolidated sewer ordianance is available below.
