Annual Reports
Land Discharge Permit - Order No. 5-01-208
Order No. 5-01-208 stipulates that an Annual Report shall be submitted to the Regional Board by February 1 each year discussing activities related to the District's operations over the previous year. The reports below present the annual reports submitted on behalf of the District for the past three years.
In addition to the data normally presented in a monthly report, the Annual Report provides the District with the opportunity to provide an evaluation of the groundwater quality beneath the wastewater treatment facility, a discussion of any data gaps and potential deficiencies in the monitoring system or reporting program, a summary of the water conservation activities conducted during the year, a summary of inflow/infiltration (I/I) reduction activities taken during the year, a hydraulic capacity evaluation which includes flow into and out of the system during the past year and projected flow into and out of the system for upcoming year, a summary of activity conducted during the past year related to the purchase of, or permits, leases, contracts or agreements for wastewater application lands, the results from the annual monitoring of the ponds and water supply, and the results from any sludge monitoring.
Surface Water Discharge Permit - Order No. R5-2022-0037
By January 30 of each year, the District submits a written report to the Executive Officer of the Regional Water Quality Control Board discussing activities related to the District's NPDES Order No. R5-2022-0037 over the last year. The reports below present the annual reports submitted on behalf of the District for the past three years.
The report includes the names, certificate grades, and general responsibilities of all persons employed at the Facility, the names and telephone numbers of persons to contact regarding the plant for emergency and routine situations, a statement certifying when monitoring instruments and devices were last calibrated, a statement certifying whether the current operation and maintenance manual and contingency plan reflect the wastewater treatment plant as currently constructed and operated, and corrective actions taken or planned to bring the discharge into full compliance with the waste discharge requirements if any violations have occurred.
