Formed in 1968 pursuant to California Water District Law, Division 13 of the Water Code of the State of California, the Bear Valley Water District's mission is to provide safe, efficient, reliable and compliant high quality wastewater services at fair and reasonable prices for the greater Bear Valley community as well as to preserve and protect the environment for future generations.
